Could be better
If you didn't use sticks it would have been better, but what you really need is a background. When you change camera angles its hard to tell. A background would help that.
Anyway, better than most stick flashes already.

Learn compression
One thing every new person to flash should learn is space efficiency also known as COMPRESSION. I hate downloading 3.5 mb for a 5 to 10 second clip.

I think I saw this a few months ago... Doesn't appear improved at all.
